
Guest Lecture at Undiknas: Exploring Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia
Denpasar, Bali, May 12, 2026 – Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) hosted a guest lecture for international class students of the Law Study Program with the theme “Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia.” This academic event was part of the collaboration between Undiknas and K-CASE Lawyer, aimed at enriching students’ global legal perspectives and preparing them for the complexities of international business law.


The lecture was delivered by Yudistira Adipratama, Managing Partner at K-CASE Lawyer, who shared his expertise on the dynamics of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia. He highlighted the legal frameworks, opportunities, and challenges that accompany FDI, while also discussing how Indonesia’s regulatory environment continues to evolve to attract global investors. Students were encouraged to critically analyze the balance between national interests and international economic integration.


This session provided students with valuable insights into real-world legal practice, bridging theory with practical applications.
