
Undiknas – Cracow Economics University: Strengthening Global Academic Collaboration
Denpasar, Bali, May 21, 2026 – The Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and implemented a cooperation agreement with Cracow Economics University, Poland. The event was attended by the entire deanery and heads of study programs, marking a significant milestone in Undiknas’ internationalization agenda.


The highlight of the program was a guest lecture delivered by Sylwia Krzyżek-Liburska, Head of the International Project Office at Cracow Economics University, with the theme “Project Succeeded Because People Succeeded: Leadership and Communication in Modern Management.” The lecture was attended by students from Management, Master of Management, Master of Accounting, Accounting, Digital Business, Distance Learning Management, and Doctoral Program in Management Science. Sylwia emphasized the crucial role of leadership and effective communication in driving organizational success, while also sharing perspectives on how global collaboration can enhance modern management practices.


In addition, a faculty workshop was conducted to provide practical guidance on building international projects and joining the Erasmus+ program. This workshop equipped lecturers with strategies to design impactful initiatives that foster cross-border academic cooperation. The collaboration between Undiknas and Cracow Economics University not only enriches the student learning experience but also empowers faculty members to engage in global networks, reinforcing Undiknas’ commitment to preparing its academic community for success in the international arena.
