
Undiknas Officially Sends Off 1,295 Students for Community Service (KKN) and Field Work Practice (PKL) 2026
Denpasar, Bali, January, 13, 2025 – Undiknas officially sent off 1,295 students participating in the Community Service Program (KKN) and Field Work Practice (PKL) on Monday, January 12, 2026. The send-off ceremony took place at the Undiknas campus field and marked the beginning of the students’ service to society and their entry into the professional world. A total of 1,295 students will be placed in 47 locations across Denpasar City. The KKN and PKL programs are designed as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in the aspects of community service and strengthening student competencies through direct field experience.
The KKN program provides opportunities for students to make tangible contributions in supporting community empowerment, while PKL serves as a strategic platform to sharpen professional skills in accordance with each student’s field of study. Through these two programs, students are expected to integrate academic knowledge with real-world practice, while also developing social awareness, work ethics, and collaborative abilities. This send-off event reflects Undiknas’ commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically excellent but also adaptive, ethical, and ready to make a positive impact on society and their surrounding environment.
