
UNDIKNAS Strengthens Australia–Indonesia Ties Through ABC Corner MoU Renewal
Denpasar, Bali, 29 September 2026 — Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (UNDIKNAS) renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for ABC Corner, also known as #AussieBangetCorner, with the Australian Consulate-General in Bali. The signing marked the continuation of cooperation supporting cultural understanding and educational engagement between Australia and Indonesia.
The MoU was signed by the Rector of UNDIKNAS, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM., ASEAN Eng., and the Australian Consul-General in Bali, Jo Stevens. Held at UNDIKNAS in Denpasar, the ceremony reaffirmed the university’s partnership with the Australian Consulate-General and the continuing presence of ABC Corner on campus.

Alongside the MoU renewal, several new books were presented to ABC Corner to enrich its reading collection. The additions provide further resources for members of the UNDIKNAS community interested in exploring Australia and broadening their international perspectives.
The book presentation highlighted the role of #AussieBangetCorner as a space for learning and cultural discovery within the university. With an expanded collection, the corner can continue encouraging curiosity, reading, and engagement with Australia.

The ABC Corner MoU renewal represents a further step in maintaining connections between UNDIKNAS and the Australian Consulate-General in Bali. It also underscores the value of university partnerships in creating opportunities for cross-cultural learning.
Through the continued development of #AussieBangetCorner, UNDIKNAS supports an internationally engaged campus environment where students and academics can broaden their understanding of neighbouring countries.
