
Guest Lecture and Collaboration Initiation Between Undiknas University and Cracow University of Economics Poland
Denpasar, Bali, December 15, 2025 – Undiknas University today welcomed a delegation from Cracow University of Economics, Poland, to discuss and initiate academic collaboration between the two institutions. The visiting delegation consisted of Dr. Robert Szydio, mgr Karol Malecki, and Klaudia Blachnicka, Ph.D. Representing Undiknas University were Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Widya Hadi Saputra, S.M., MSM, I Gusti Ayu Agung Pradnya Dewi, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., and Anak Agung Adi Wiryya Putra, A.Md., S.Pd., M.Pd. The meeting marked an important step in strengthening international partnerships and fostering academic exchange.


During the discussion, both parties explored potential areas of cooperation and programs that could be jointly implemented. Key topics included student and faculty exchange, collaborative research, and opportunities for Undiknas University to participate in international initiatives. A significant highlight of the dialogue was the exploration of Undiknas University’s potential involvement in the Erasmus program, which would open doors for broader academic mobility and global exposure for students and faculty alike. Following the formal initiation of collaboration, the event continued with a guest lecture session attended by 70 students from the International Program of Undiknas University. The lecture, delivered by the visiting delegation, focused on the theme “Gamification in Human Resource Management.” This interactive session provided students with valuable insights into modern HR practices and the role of gamification in enhancing employee engagement and organizational performance.


The guest lecture took place at the America Room, Building C, Undiknas University, and was met with enthusiasm from the students. The event not only enriched the academic experience of the participants but also symbolized the beginning of a promising partnership between Undiknas University and Cracow University of Economics. This collaboration is expected to pave the way for future initiatives that will strengthen international academic ties and provide students with greater opportunities in the global education landscape.
